Recently, the fifth phase of the Zhejiang Haining Pan-Semiconductor Industrial Park, which has been built for more than 7 months, has been successfully completed. In 2019, the Pan-Semiconductor Industrial Park project plans to invest 600 million yuan, the construction area under construction will reach 400,000 square meters, and the completed area is planned to reach 270,000 square meters.
The Pan-Semiconductor Industrial Park will be implemented in five phases, covering a total area of 1170 acres. Among them, the first phase has begun in December 2016 and is expected to be completed in June 2019. At present, the German Beron silk project and the two custom factory projects of Tiantong Phase I have been implemented.
The second-phase construction is also in full swing. Within this site, two custom-built factory projects with a total investment of 500 million yuan for Qianan Technology and a total investment of about 400 million yuan for Maji Electronics are steadily progressing.
The preliminary work of the third phase of the industrial park is proceeding in an orderly manner, and the land for the second phase of the Tiantong Pan Semiconductor Industrial Park is planned. 
On the fourth phase of the land, a semiconductor high-end intelligent equipment production project with a planned total investment of 3 billion yuan has been arranged for the grinding machine and polishing machine.
Five phases of land use have been implemented for the Japan Iron Triangle, Shanghai High Valve, and Elanco Electronics.
At the beginning of 2019, Haining City proposed that Haining City this year should focus on building a pan-semiconductor industrial base, pan-semiconductor industry investment promotion, and integrated circuit talent training. The investment promotion focused on three major areas: high-end professional equipment, basic materials, and core components. The pan-semiconductor industry is the focus of Haining's training.
At present, Haining has gathered 45 regulatory semiconductor manufacturing companies, covering the entire industrial chain from design, manufacturing, packaging and testing, equipment and materials.
